Which skin types can use Devi's masks?

We formulate Devi's masks to work with all skin types, so no one's left out.

Are Devi's products cruelty-free?

We are committed to cruelty-free practices in all stages of development and supply. We (and our suppliers) have never and will never test our ingredients nor products on animals.

Are Devi's products vegan?

Devi's products are 100% vegan as they do not contain animal or animal-derived ingredients.

Can I use devi's masks with my current skincare?

Devi's masks are designed to fit into the life you're already living. Whether your approach to skincare is intricate or minimal, we're flexible.

How often can I use Devi's masks?

Devi's masks are powerful but gentle so you can use them as often as you like. For best results, we recommend masking at least once a week.

Can I leave the mask on for longer than 30 min?

We recommend removing the mask once the serum absorbs- otherwise, the bio-cellulose may re-absorb moisture.

How do I dispose of the mask and packaging?

Our bio-cellulose masks are fully bio-degradable! When you're done you can compost the mask and recycle the mesh layers + packaging.

how do subscriptions work?

Just select how often you want your masks delivered (every 30, 60, or 90 days) to save 15% and get free shipping on every order :)

I want to pause or edit my subscription.

Easy peasy- just login to your customer portal edit or snooze your subscription.

Which forms of payment can I use?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay.

We don't accept checks, cash or money orders.

How do I use promo codes?

So you got a promo code! Just look for a field at checkout and enter it right in. One code can be used per order.

How do I edit my order?

When can I expect my order?

Shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days for domestic orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your order is OTW.

I'm having tracking issues. What do I do?

Uh-oh! Contact us and we'll help find out what happened. If the problem's with one of our shipping partners, we'll connect you to help you find your order.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Returns and Exchanges

While we hope our products earn their spot in your long-term regime, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on our products. That said, we are happy to offer exchanges on products which are sent back to us in their original and unopened condition.

I received the wrong stuff

If you didn't get exactly what you ordered, contact us and we'll sort things out right away.

My order arrived damaged :(

While our shipping partners work hard to carefully package and ship orders, things can happen while in transit. If you notice any abnormalities, such as ripped masks, please refrain from using the product and contact us immediately with a photo of the damage(s).
